    Help Desk

    The Help Desk is your first contact for assistance with technical issues and requests. We are located in the basement of the Bush Memorial Library and can be contacted via phone, email or by visiting us here in person. 
    If you want to troubleshoot and resolve problems on your own, the Knowledgebase is the place to start. For information on the Help Desk equipment checkout program please contact us directly.

    •  Friday from 7:30am to 9:00pm   
    •  Saturday from 7:30am to 7:00pm   
    •  Sunday from 12:00pm to 9:00pm

    A new phishing email has shown up in the Google inboxes of several Hamline users.  The subject line is "Credit Card Notification..Required" in some, if not all the messages received. If you have received, or should you receive, this email, please DO NOT RESPOND to these emails or click on the "click here" contained in the message body!

    Hamline University's PiperXpress Program is saving money, reducing its copy/print volume and carbon footprint, while providing more services / functionality / convenience for users. That's a "Win-Win-Win!"

    Ben Phillip, director of technical support services, was a member of two panel sessions at GusDay, an annual information technology conference for Minnesota higher education institutions.
