    Help Desk 

    The Help Desk is your first contact for assistance with technical issues and requests. We are located in the basement of the Bush Memorial Library and can be contacted via phone, email or by visiting us here in person. 
     
    Please note that Help Desk summer hours are not the same as Bush Library summer hours. Check our available summer  hours on the left side page.

    Information on the Help Desk's equipment checkout program can be found here.

    If you want to troubleshoot and resolve problems on your own, the Knowledgebase is the place to start.

  • ITS News
    • The Center for Teaching and Learning (CTL) has announced a number of changes aimed at improving the support that they, along with Information Technology Services (ITS), provide to faculty.
    • Google announces updates to the Gmail inbox.
    • Hamline ITS has moved all in-use student and alumni GMail accounts to the same Google domain as Hamline staff and faculty. New email addresses for students took effect at 6 a.m. on Tuesday, May 28.  All new mail is being directed to the new email address.
