The Helpdesk is going to be your first contact in case of you need any kind of tech help. The Helpdesk will work on your request in conjunction with other areas responsible of providing you with solutions or answers to your issues.

The Helpdesk is located in the basement of Bush Library. All calls for computer related help should be directed to this number first. The Helpdesk is opened and staffed whenever Bush Library is opened.  

If you are Staff or Faculty you can also contact the Software Support Services team which is dedicated to assisting you with software related problems including Blackboard, GroupWise, Web support, and MS Office.
