Lookup Your Username and Password (or change it)

Your e-mail account information can be accessed through Piperline, Hamline’s secure, personalized information system.

If you do not have a Piperline account or do not know how to use it, contact Student Administrative Services at 651-523-3000, e-mail SAS, or stop in to see them at Law Grad 113E.

Once you have your Piperline account, follow these steps:

1. From any Hamline Web page, choose Logins from the upper right menu (under the Hamline University) bar

2. On the Logins page, choose Piperline

3. Then choose Login to Secure Area and login using your username and password.

4. Choose Personal Information

5. Then choose Hamline Computer Accounts

6. Last, choose NetMail

Your username and initial password will appear, and you’ll have the opportunity to change your password by clicking the button “Change password for <username>.” You may type in the new password that you would like to use.

If you have used Netmail before, but forgotten your password, you can change it at this time by clicking the button “Change password for <username>.” You may type in the new password that you would like to use. The change should take effect within five minutes.

If you don't see a Hamline user account listed, you don't have a Netmail account. To request an account, or for further assistance with Netmail, you may contact the HelpDesk at 651-523-2220 or e-mail ITS HelpDesk.
