Hamline has a long and proud tradition of education for leadership and service. With leadership development being a central part of Hamline’s educational mission, all of us at the university are committed to helping students develop into
effective citizen-leaders.
The process of leadership is practiced and learned through a number of experiential activities and roles – employment, community service, student organizations, and coursework all contribute to knowledge and understanding of leadership.
The University sponsors a number of activities and programs designed to help students reflect on experience and understand the process of leadership and how their contributions can make a positive impact on their community.
