Transcripts of Hamline University coursework can now be ordered online via Piperline with the exception of those students who attended Hamline prior to 1986 (see note below).
Transcripts of Hamline University coursework are now available free of charge to all students and alumni with the exception of same day/in person processing (see note below).
You must sign in to Piperline to submit your online transcript request. Please allow one to two business days for transcript requests made through Piperline. Click here to request your official transcript via Piperline. You will be directed to the Piperline login page and then directly to the transcript request form. Instructions for requesting your official transcript via Piperline can be viewed here.
If you need to have your Piperline PIN reset, or you need to establish Piperline access, please contact Student Administrative Services at 651-523-3000. Be prepared to answer a few short questions to verify your identity within our system.

All transcripts are official and include the registrar's stamp on the envelope flap. Hamline University does not process unofficial transcripts.
Under no circumstances are transcripts faxed to their destination.
Same day/in person:
Same day/in person service is available for a $15 per transcript fee. This service is for extreme cases and transcripts are processed while you wait, generally fifteen minutes to an hour. We understand emergencies and unexpected deadlines, but can best serve those who are able to request their transcripts in advance. Same day service is not available for those requesting transcripts via Piperline, by mail, or by fax; same day service is only available during business hours Monday through Friday. You must make your request in person at the Student Administrative Services front desk for same day processing. The $15 per transcript fee is due at the time of request.
Notes:
Students should be aware that a course will appear "In Progress" on the transcript until the final grade as been submitted by the course instructor and officially recorded.
Be advised that it is your responsibility to ensure that all final grades have been recorded on your record prior to making your request.

*If you attended Hamline prior to 1986 your academic records are stored outside of our current database system and therefore you are unable to make your transcript request online.
If you have a financial hold that prohibits the release of your transcript you will be notified prior to making your request and you will be unable to proceed with your request. You can click on the View Holds link near the bottom of the page for information relating to your financial hold. You will need to resolve any outstanding financial holds with Student Accounts prior to making your online Piperline transcript request.
You can check on the status of your transcript request by clicking on the View Status of Transcript Requests under the student records section of Piperline. Allow for one to two business days for processing your online Piperline transcript request.
