The Office of Marketing Communications has created this site to give Hamline faculty and staff easy access to university visual resources - photos, wordmarks, and other visual identifiers. We are pleased to share these high quality images with you.

How to use the Media Library, Hamline University affiliates, features, contribute photos, Mac users

This site allows you to search more than 500 images by category or keyword, and browse through "thumbnails". These images can be downloaded individually or grouped in a collection to send as an e-mail to yourself or a vendor, or order a CD to be delivered. Downloads of individual images are free, but there is a fee to order a CD.
You can browse through the image collection without logging in. To have access to the images, you will need to Register for a Login username and password. The system administrator will receive your request to access the site and provide you with your username and password confirmation.

If you are an affiliate of Hamline Univeristy and have a need for the media library resources please browse through the thumbnails and email the media library with the image file name (ie. ARCH10005) you want along with a description of how you will use these images.

The Media Library offers several advantages over any previous photo arrangements we have had.
- It provides around-the-clock, remote access to all our photos.
- The original photo or negative is never used, so it cannot be lost or checked out by someone else when you need it.
- The digital copy of the original is backed up, both on campus and at another location.
- The Creative Services Office and Online Marketing Manager have easy access to photos to support your print or Web needs.
- You can easily direct your design partners or printers to Hamline photos or logos, without having to coordinate sharing of original filesor prints.
- Photos included are of exceptional quality and reinforce the Hamline brand promise; they can be used with confidence in all publications.

If your department would like to add your photos to our collection, please contact Sarah Barrow, 651-523-3093.
To take full advantage of the site Macintosh users will need Safari or Firefox Web browsers. PC users may use most any current Web browser such as Internet Explorer, Firefox, and Mozilla.
