Inside Hamline

Inside Hamline is Hamline University's internal newsletter. It is sent to all faculty, staff, and students each Monday, and to faculty and staff Wednesday and Friday. During summer Inside Hamline is sent weekly (to all faculty, staff, and students during J-term, and to faculty and staff during summer).

Submissions: Send an email to inside@hamline.edu or complete the online submission form.

Items are edited and included at the discretion of the editor. Generally, events will appear once per week prior to the date, the Monday prior to the event, and on the event date.

Allow up to three working days for an item to appear. Generally, the more accurately a submission follows the Inside Hamline format and is edited for length, the sooner it will be included. Please do not send multiple submissions for the same item.

Editing is a must: Items must be edited for inclusion in Inside Hamline with attention to length. One short paragraph is ideal. Please do not send unedited attachments or press releases that are a page or more in length.

Submissions must follow the standard Inside Hamline format. For events, this means title and date on the first line, time and location on the second line, followed by a short description of the event. For announcements, please include a headline.

Images: Any image submitted should be 72 DPI. Images are included at the discretion of the editor.

Editor: Gail Nosek, public relations specialist; phone: 651-523-2511; email: inside@hamline.edu

Archives: Past editions of Inside Hamline are available on the web in the Inside Hamline archives.
