Restricted Bequest

I give to the Trustees of the Hamline University of Minnesota, a Minnesota nonprofit corporation,
located in Saint Paul, Minnesota, [insert here the amount in dollars, the percentage of the residue,
or a description of the securities, real estate, or other property to be given] to be used for
[e.g. an academic department, the library, or technology resources.]

Note: to designate a bequest for a particular school (College of Liberal Arts, School of Law, Graduate School of Education, Graduate School of Management or Graduate School of Liberal Studies), you must stipulate that intent in the terms of your Will or Living Trust.  Otherwise, your bequest may benefit the University as a whole.
