Commencement 2008 Alternate Ceremony Site

In the case of inclement weather (rainy, hot, cold),  any identified safety risks, or other reasons determined by the Commencement planners, the decision may be made to move the Commencement ceremonies to the Alternate Ceremony site. The decision to move the ceremonies will be made by 8 a.m. on Saturday, May 17. ALL GRADUATES AND FAMILIES need to check the Web site or phone numbers to determine the location of the ceremony, regardless of current weather conditions or forecasts.

Alternate Ceremony Site:
The Alternate Ceremony site is The Saint Paul RiverCentre, Roy Wilkins Auditorium, in downtown Saint Paul. The RiverCentre complex is located at 175 West Kellogg Blvd., St. Paul, MN 55102.

Guests should enter the RiverCentre via the skyway or main level street entrance, and follow the signs for the Hamline University Commencement ceremonies/Roy Wilkins Auditroium.

Please note that all guests will most likely pay a fee for parking. There are several parking ramps in the area, as well as on-street, metered parking.
