Cortney Hansen returns with another year of experience. She will look to continue her improvement from a season ago… In 2005-06, Hansen played in 25 games with five goals and five assists for 10 points. She netted three goals – two on the power play - in the St. Benedict series (Dec. 2-3), including two in the Pipers’ 6-2 win against St. Benedict on Dec. 3. She scored in five straight games from Nov. 25-Dec. 3. She added a goal and an assist against St. Mary’s on Jan. 14…In high school, Hansen was selected all-conference during her junior and senior seasons. She was her team’s assistant captain in 2003-04 and captain in 2004-05. She earned her team’s Most Valuable Player award…Hansen’s major is undecided. She is the daughter of Scott and Teri Hansen. |
