So: Tschumperlin played in 25 games for the Pipers, starting in 22 of them. She scored 336 points on the season after draining 37 three-pointers and 89 field goals. She was 46 from 59 at the line. She also chipped in 56 assists and grabbed 18 offensive rebounds. Defensively, Tschumperlin took down 69 boards and forced 24 steals. She was named All-Conference Honorable Mention for her efforts. Fy: Tschumperlin played in 26 games, starting once. She netted a career-high 11 points against Carleton on Jan. 25. She added 10 points on perfect 3-of-3 shooting versus Augsburg on Feb. 6. In high school, Tschumperlin was voted all-conference first team on two occasions in the Central Minnesota Conference. She earned KDUZ All-Area team accolades in 2005 and was named St. Cloud Times All-Area honorable mention twice. Tschumperlin was academic all-conference for four season and academic all stats as a senior. Tschumperlin was team captain during her junior and senior seasons. She was named her team’s Ms. Offense as a senior and Most Valuable Player as a junior. She also earned Most Improved as a first-year and Best Defensive Player as a junior. Tschumperlin’s major is exercise sports science. She is the daughter of David and Jolene Tschumperlin. |
