JR: Hyllengren played 97 games and averaged 3.28 kills per game and 1.01 digs per game.  She recorded a season-high of 23 kills against St. Olaf on Sept. 20.  She also had 20 kills versus Buena Vista on Sept. 2 and 21 kills versus St. Benedicts on Sept. 27. Hyllengren had 53 blocks (nine solo and 44 assists) and had a season-high of three solo blocks versus Waldorf College on Sept. 30.  She posted 98 digs for the season and had a season-high of 11 versus Carleton on Oct. 11.

SO: Hyllengren played in 101 games, leading the team with 352 kills.  She was named MIAC Hitter of the Week for the week of Sept. 5-11 when she posted 83 kills in a five-match stretch.  She had 20 kills in a four-game win against Clarke (Sept. 6), 15 in a three-game sweep of the Milwaukee School of Engineering (Sept. 9), and 21 in a five-game win over Buena Vista (Sept. 10).  She also earned All-Tournament team honors at the Hamline Invitational (Sept. 9-10) during that week.  She tied her career-high with 21 kills against UW-Stevens Point on Oct. 22.  She totaled 20 kills in seven matches with the Pipers going 5-2 in those matches.  She posted career-highs in digs (19) and blocks (six) versus North Central on Oct. 17.

FY: Hyllengren played in 88 games. She was third on the team with 211 kills.  She had six games of 10 or more kills.  Hyllengren had a season-high of 18 kills and 12 digs against North Central (Minn.) on Sept. 28.  Against UW-Stevens Point on Oct. 22, Hyllengren posted 15 kills.  She added six kills on nine attempts for a .667 hitting percentage versus Finlandia on Sept. 10.

In high school, Hyllengren was an all-conference and all-area selection during her senior season.  She was also named her team’s Most Valuable Player.  Hyllengren is a biology major.  She is the daughter of Steve and Lori Hyllengren.
