Rachel Roberts is the hardest throwing pitcher on the team. Coaches will rely on her to take a significant amount of innings on the mound, as well as give the Pipers a presence in the middle of the batting order. She has made some incredible strides with her off-season work…In high school, Roberts was named to numerous teams including all-conference honorable mention in 2004, all-conference in 2005 and 2006, all-section in 2006, and the Channel 12 team from 2004-2006. She earned four varsity letters for softball and captured her team’s MVP in 2006 and MVP of defense in 2004 and 2005. Roberts currently holds the Minnesota high school record for most strikeouts in one game with 30…Robert’s major is chemistry. She is the daughter of Paul and Vicki Roberts.
