So: Thrasher started all 23 games he played. He led his teammates in scoring in nine games and in rebounds in six games. After leading the Pipers to a 2-0 week where he averaged 28.0 points and 6.0 rebounds, Thrasher was named MIAC Player of the Week on Dec. 18. Thrasher netted 25 points in the Pipers' 73-67 win over St. Olaf on Dec. 11. He shot 10-of-18 from the floor in the contest and grabbed eight rebounds. He scored 10 straight Piper points during an 18-7 run late in the first half en route to a 38-27 halftime lead over the Oles. Thrasher then celebrated his 20th birthday by scoring a career-high 31 points on 13-of-22 from the field in Hamline's 85-81 win versus St. Scholastica on Dec. 16. Thrasher was named honorable mention for the second consecutive year. He scored 15.2 points per game to go along with 4.3 rebounds. Thrasher shot 47.6 percent from the floor (111-of-233) and 27.3 percent from three-point range (18-of-66).

Fy: Thrasher played in 27 games, starting 19 games. He was named All-MIAC honorable mention and All-MIAC First Year. Thrasher scored in double figures in 16 contests and had at least 20 points in seven games. He netted a career-high 28 points on 11-of-13 shooting versus Augsburg on Feb. 6. He also scored 26 points on 6-of-8 from three-point range against Augsburg on Jan. 7. He grabbed nine rebounds versus both Macalester (Jan. 4) and St. Mary’s (Jan. 11).

In high school, Thrasher averaged 19.1 points, 6.9 rebounds, 2.4 assists and 2.3 steals per game as a senior. His team recorded a school record 19 victories and at one point was ranked seventh in Division 4 by the Associated Press.  Selected All-State honorable mention by the Associated Press, Thrasher was also named the Trailways South Conference Player of the Year.  Hustisford won their conference in both 2003-04 and 2004-05, totaling a combined record of 25-3.  Thrasher was selected to play in the 2005 Wisconsin Basketball Coaches Association All-Star Game and was named to the Academic All-State team by that same organization. Thrasher is a mathematics major. He is the son of Tom and Mary Thrasher.
