Nate Heussner is a prolific scorer who has unlimited range. Coaches expect big things from him this season…In 2005-06, Heussner played in 10 games…In high school, Heussner was named All-State Honorable Mention by the Associated Press as a senior after he averaged 24.8 points per game. That total was second highest in the metro area. He also led the metro in three-point shooting percentage, hitting 47 percent of his shots (75 of 158) from behind the three-point line. The shooting guard scored 30 points or more in a game six times, with a season-high of 39. Heussner finished his career as St. Croix Lutheran’s all-time leading scorer, amassing 1,483 points…Heussner’s major is undecided. He is the son of Ralph and Carol Heussner. |
