FY:  Nitz played in 9 games for the Pipers. He made 17 tackles (6 solo, 11 assists). On Oct. 28 versus Bethel, Nitz made a season high of 5 tackles, (2 solo and 3 assists), including 1 tackle for a loss of 10 yards.

In high school, Nitz led his team in tackles and was second in scoring in his senior season. Nitz is a management major.  He is the son of Sharon and Jim Nitz.
