The Master in Management (MAM) degree is for new and aspiring managers committed to leading individuals and teams to meet the complex fiscal and economic challenges of the business world. The Hamline University Master of Arts in Management (MAM) degree balances quantitative and qualitative components providing professionals with critical communication, interpersonal and leadership skills to manage individuals and teams to achieve business outcomes.

Program Options
Our programs are designed for working professionals, with evening classes, flexible scheduling, and a choice of locations. Choose the program option — traditional or accelerated — that best fits your schedule and career goals.
Traditional Model at the St. Paul Campus
Students select either full or part-time study, have a choice of electives and concentrations, and may pursue cross-sector dual degrees. They take twelve 4-credit courses in 14-week terms, and usually complete the program within 2-4 years.

Cohort Model at the Minneapolis Center
Students participate in a cohort – a group of students who start and complete the program together – and attend classes one night per week. They complete twelve 4-credit courses in 8-week terms over 2 years.

Cohort Model at the St. Paul Campus
Students participate in a cohort – a group of students who start and move through the required courses together. They complete nine 4-credit required courses in 8-week terms. Elective courses are available throughout the program during any term, and can be taken at each student's choice. They usually complete the program in 2 years.
