What is the Program?

The Hamline University Dual Degree Program in Public Administration and Nonprofit Management (MAPA/MANM) allows you to save time and money while completing two graduate degree programs: Master in Public Administration (MAPA), and Master in Nonprofit Management (MANM).

The Dual Degree Program in Public Administration and Nonprofit Management (MAPA/MANM) helps working professionals develop the core competencies they need to succeed and lead in today's diverse government and nonprofit environments.

The Dual Degree Program in Public Administration and Nonprofit Management (MAPA/MANM) curriculum provides students an understanding of political and legal institutions and processes; economic and social organizations and processes; general organizational and management concepts and theories; human resource management; ethical and moral dilemmas in both government and nonprofit sectors; techniques of analysis, including quantitative and statistical methods; and more.
