It provides the practical knowledge, tools, and skills they need to manage effectively and meet the complex policy and fiscal challenges they face. The certificate program is co-sponsored by the Hamline University Graduate School of Management, the American Public Works Association (APWA), and the Minnesota Public Works Association.
