Hamline's competency-based program integrates Minnesota Department of Education competencies with meaningful, relevant leadership content and skills.
Overview
A pre-assessment of previous graduate courses and work experience will help you design a plan to complete the license(s) you seek. You will develop a portfolio that documents expertise in each of the Minnesota state competencies, complete a field experience, and an exit assessment.
Locations
Students may take coursework in Learning Community cohorts when and where it is convenient to do so, or take coursework individually on the Hamline campus. Faculty are experienced educational leaders, dedicated to working with adult professionals to develop the leaderships capacities necessary to create positive change in schools.
Tuition
Click here for a current tuition chart. Note that most students pay the Master of Arts in Educations (MAEd) rate; however if you are in the Doctorate in Education (EdD) program, you will pay the EdD tuition rate.
