    Teaching Style

Kathryn Malody is very passionate about what she teaches and loves the “hands-on” approach of the lab environment whether in a laboratory class or one-on-one with biology department student workers. She actively tries to prepare students for a future in biology by holding them up to high professional and academic standards.

"To be passionate about science is good. It is equally important to balance that passion with some sort of physical or creative endeavor."
