Chad Sponsler

Chad Sponsler is a licensed Minnesota attorney and a certified public accountant in North Dakota who specializes in teaching tax, accounting, and business law. Before joining Hamline University, Sponsler managed agricultural commodities at a large privately held organization and taught accounting at the University of North Dakota and the University of Shanghai for Science & Technology. His current research interests include educational tax incentives, student loan and finance programs, and performance predictors on the uniform certified public accountant exam.

Sponsler holds a J.D. from Mitchell Hamline School of Law, an MBT from the University of Minnesota, and an MBA and B.A. in Accountancy from the University of North Dakota.
