Favorite College Activity: One of my favorite activities as a Hamline student was engaging with other students on campus through student clubs and organizations. It provided me with the opportunity to be very involved with many of the cultural student organizations.

Interesting Fact About Me: I am trilingual! I speak English, Spanish, and Japanese. English and Japanese are my primary languages spoken at home, and I learned Spanish by completing a K-12 immersion program. I later obtained my certificate of proficiency in Spanish at Hamline.

Favorite Place to Go in the Hamline-Midway Neighborhood:  My favorite place to go in the Hamline-Midway Neighborhood is Allianz Field, home of the Minnesota United FC professional soccer team! Game days have an atmosphere that is unique to any other sporting event that I've attended—with lots of fan engagement and high energy.

I grew up watching and playing soccer, and am a big supporter of the team. One of the things that I love is being in the middle of the Wonderwall (supporters section) cheering on the team!

Why I Love Hamline: One of the things that I love most about Hamline is the student-centered support and community atmosphere on campus. Throughout my time as a student, I always felt comfortable and supported by the faculty, staff, and my classmates. As a member of the Hamline staff, I still feel the same to this day.
