    Tickets and Accessible Seating

    Bachelor's (Undergraduate) Commencement Ceremony

    Tickets are not required for general guest seating and there is no limit to the number of guests a graduate may invite for the outdoor ceremony on Old Main. If the weather does not cooperate (i.e. severe weather, etc.), tickets are required for the indoor ceremony located in Walker Fieldhouse.

    Each undergraduate student who has completed their Commencement RSVP indicating they plan to walk in the undergraduate commencement ceremony on Saturday, May 21, 2016 is eligible for two tickets to the indoor ceremony site.  Tickets must be picked up in person.  Students may pick up their two tickets at one of three events this spring, as follows: 

    Ticket Pickup Events in Anderson Center: 

    •  March 29: Grad Fair, 10 am-4 pm 
    •  March 31: Grad Fair, 10 am -6 pm 
    • May 12: Senior Picnic, 11 am-1 pm 

    Accessible Seating for Bachelor's (Undergraduate) Commencement Ceremony

    Tickets are required for guests needing accessible seating. The ticket form for accessible seating requests is now closed.  If you need accessible seating tickets for a guest at the undergraduate ceremony, please contact commencement@hamline.edu.  

    Master's and Doctorate (Graduate) Commencement Ceremony

    Tickets are not required for general guest seating on Old Main Mall or in Walker Fieldhouse and there is no limit to the number of guests a graduate may invite. Seats are available on a first-come, first-served basis.

    Accessible Seating for Master's and Doctorate (Graduate) Commencement Ceremony

    Tickets are required for guests needing accessible seating. The ticket form for accessible seating requests is now closed.  If you need accessible seating tickets for a guest at the graduate ceremony, please contact commencement@hamline.edu. 

    Alternate Ceremony Site

    If weather or safety are a concern, Walker Fieldhouse will serve as the alternate ceremony location. Tickets are required and ticketing will be enforced for the Bachelor's (Undergraduate) Ceremony. Tickets are not required for the Master's and Doctorate (Graduate) Ceremony.

    Simulcast Locations

    If family members or guests do not have tickets for the alternate ceremony site or do not wish to sit in the area, the ceremonies can be viewed in the following simulcast locations: Anderson Center (first floor), Giddens Alumni Learning Center (room 100E).
