    Request Tickets and Accessible Seating

    Bachelor's (Undergraduate) Commencement Ceremony

    Tickets are not required for general guest seating and there is no limit to the number of guests a graduate may invite for the outdoor ceremony on Old Main. If the weather does not cooperate, tickets are required for the indoor ceremony located in Hutton Arena.

    Tickets are also required for guests needing accessible seating. Reserve tickets for the accessible seating area by clicking on the link below. There are a limited number of tickets available for this area. Guests without accessible seating tickets will not be permitted to sit in the reserved accessible seating area. 

    Request Accessible Seating for Undergraduate Ceremony 

    In the event of an indoor ceremony, if more than two tickets are desired, students who have completed all graduation requirements will have the opportunity to have their name automatically entered into a ticket lottery. If a student is eligible to enter the lottery, they will receive an email on March 3. The lottery drawing will be completed the week of March 17. Lottery winners will be notified via email with pick up information for the week of March 31. No more than two additional tickets will be permitted via the ticket lottery process.

    Master's and Doctorate (Graduate) Commencement Ceremony

    Tickets are not required for general guest seating on Old Main Mall or in Hutton Arena and there is no limit to the number of guests a graduate may invite. Seats are available on a first-come, first-served basis.

    Guests needing accessible seating may reserve tickets for the accessible seating area. There are a limited number of tickets available for this area. Guests without accessible seating tickets will not be permitted to sit in the reserved accessible seating area. Requests for accessible seating must be made by Friday, April 25.

    Alternate Ceremony Site

    Hutton Arena will serve as the alternate location should weather or safety be a concern. Tickets are required and ticketing will be enforced for the Bachelor's (Undergraduate) Ceremony. Tickets are not required for either the Master's and Doctorate (Graduate) Ceremony or Law Ceremony.

    If family members or guests do not have tickets for the alternate ceremony site or do not wish to sit in the area, the ceremonies can be viewed in the following simulcast locations.
