  • Teach For America

Hamline is proud to serve as the license program provider for Teach For America Corps Members in the Twin Cities region. TFA-Twin Cities Corps Members teach full-time for two years in urban public schools while also taking courses at Hamline in order to earn their permanent Minnesota teaching licenses.

To become a TFA Corps Member, you must apply through Teach For America’s national organization; you cannot apply directly to Hamline. TFA’s selective application process begins in late summer and continues through the winter of each academic year.

For all currently enrolled students: we will soon post information about the 2013-2014 TFA faculty liaison. In the interim, you may also contact Dr. Bill Lindquist, Associate Chair, with concerns, feedback, or questions.
