    Program Planning

Your Program Planner, in consultation with your advisor, should be your main planning tool for degree completion. Online and off-campus learning community students should also reference the MAEd Course Sequence sheet for information about course selection.

    Student Handbook

Your MAEd Student Handbook is an invaluable resource for detailed information about the MAEd program including Hamline degree requirements, course descriptions, capstone information, a list of affiliated faculty and staff, and much more.

    Academic Advising

All MAEd degree seeking students are assigned a faculty advisor after they meet the advance to candidacy requirements in their first course, GED 8020: Explorations. For more information about faculty advising, reference your MAEd Student Handbook.

If you do not know your faculty advisor, contact Mary Speranza-Reeder at msperanzareeder01@hamline.edu for assistance.

    Capstone Requirement

Looking for information about your culminating capstone requirement? Refer to the Capstone Completion Guide for a step-by-step completion checklist, registration and content information, and much, much more!

Information about capstone formatting can be found in the Capstone Formatting Guide. A summary of the capstone process and information about the HSR requirement can be found in your MAEd Student Handbook.
