    Explore real-world, practical strategies for effectively integrating technology in curriculum, instruction, and assessment. Immerse yourself in a learning experience that will transform how you use technology in your school. Support student learning and foster collaboration in the classroom with a wide array of technology-enhanced sessions, resources, and curriculum ideas. And connect, collaborate, and share ideas with colleagues.  Please bring your own laptop to the conference.

    A team of teaching professionals from East Metro Integration School District in Saint Paul along with a selection of presenters from around the state will facilitate the exchange of knowledge, strategies, techniques, and tools for technology integration and fostering continued personalized professional development. This innovative institute evolved from a 2010-2011 American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA) grant.

    When: July 6, 2011 8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.

    Where: Hamline University, Kay Fredricks Room in the Klas Center

    Registration: Free for the first 80 registrants -- register using the form below

    Credit Options: 1 semester graduate continuing education credit at a reduced co-sponsored course rate. Those wishing to take advantage of this option will need to complete five additional hours of course work following the institute. Details will be provided at the event.
