    For over two decades, teachers, students, community leaders, and concerned citizens have come to the Center for Global Environmental Education for inspired learning and outstanding educational resources. 

    The Center's pioneering work in environmental education is grounded in the tradition of progressive learning that has been a hallmark of Hamline University's School of Education. The Center's strategic use of technology creates and supports global communities of learners committed to the stewardship of local environments.


    To foster environmental literacy and stewardship in citizens of all ages. The Center accomplishes its purpose through four cornerstones.

    Please join us in the beautiful Anderson Student Center on the Hamline University campus. Help us celebrate "One River Thinking" and our work on the St. Croix and Mississippi Rivers.

    Another Electric Motorcycle Land Speed Record  
    The CGEE Energy and Transportation Fellow, Kevin Clemens, set another electric motorcycle land speed record (subject to AMA verification) at the Bonneville Salt Flats in Utah!
