For the first time in American history, four generations are working side-by-side. This workshop will cover these topics: A basic understanding of the generations, the values, beliefs and assumptions of these generations, ways generations conflict, and methods to prevent destructive conflict and maximize differences.

Academic skills aren’t just for advanced learners. Students at any level can practice critical thinking, be more organized, and become more independent learners. These skills make students better learners. By gaining academic readiness in earlier levels, students who go on to postsecondary education will be all the more prepared.
