Do you need any of the following?

    • Opportunity to network with other teachers experiencing the same challenges
    • Ongoing support to try new ideas
    • Time to reflect upon current teaching practices
    • Research-based methods for teaching reading in order to meet a growing variety of student needs
    • Methods to evaluate strategies being used in the classroom
    • More technology skills for both classroom and communication purposes
    • CEU’s

If you said, “yes” to at least three of items above, this could be the continuing education experience you have been looking for!

The SE Region of Minnesota ABE, along with ATLAS, is sponsoring a research and technology workshop.  Three experts in the ABE field (Jason Brazier, Bella Hanson and Astrid Liden) will join ABE teachers for three days of research review, technology training and reflective networking.

By registering, the participant is agreeing to attend all three days, complete two technology chats, and read research articles.  By completing all components of the workshop, the participant will earn 20 CEU’s.  Sign up now and you can get this great opportunity for FREE!

For event schedule and registration information, please see the registration form below.  Please address any questions to the Southeast Regional Professional Development Coordinator, Beth Schaefer, at bschaef@hickorytech.net

Registrations must be received by Mon. Mar. 3.
