Physics Internships

Our students have performed internships at several of the leading scientific and technical companies in the area, including Medtronic, 3M, and Honeywell. Students have also been accepted into a Research Experience for Undergraduates program at many prestigious research universities around the country. 

• Kelly Kunowski ‘10 worked at 3M for two years in a technical aide position while studying as a physics major. 

• Nyles Breecher ‘12 worked with Professor Dong and her collaborators at Virginia Tech for the summer of 2010.
