APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS

ARTIST DIPLOMA
Hamline International Piano Institute

For Post-Baccalaureate Students

1. Complete an interview and audition with Hamline International Piano Institute.
2. Complete the application form.

3. Write a mission statement.
4. Request two to three letters of recommendation from those who are familiar with your work and abilities. Use the enclosed form. The recommender should return the form, with a letter attached, directly to the Office of Admission.
5. Arrange to have official transcript(s) of previous coursework sent directly to the Office of Admission.
6. Enclose any additional information which you feel may be of importance to the Admission Committee.
7. Send application and all supporting materials to:
