    Career & Postgraduate Opportunities

    There are a variety of opportunities for exercise and sports science graduates. Students may prepare for careers as:

    • teachers
    • coaches and athletic trainers
    • work in a variety of settings outside of education. 

    Recent graduates with teacher certification are successfully employed in teaching/coaching positions in elementary schools to high schools and colleges.

    • Hamline and Cities97 will announce the Teacher of the Year contest winner on Tuesday, June 18 from 5 - 7 p.m. at Park Tavern.
       

    • Two Hamline Class of 2013 graduates, Angela Lesnak and Carly Braun, have been selected to receive one of twenty highly selective Omicron Delta Kappa (ODK) foundation scholarships.
