More info about changes in undergraduate offerings

Hamline will continue to provide courses in French, Urban Studies, and PE/Health as necessary for current students who have already officially declared these programs as a major or minor, or who do so by December 13, 2011 (the last day of classes, fall semester).

Hamline will meet its obligation to students who have declared a major or minor in one of these areas, and will strive to make their experience as full and complete as possible. Students who matriculated in the fall of 2011 or earlier who were planning to declare a major or minor in one of these areas but has not yet done so, may make a declaration through the end of fall semester classes. Consequently, following the last day of fall classes, December 13, 2011, Hamline will no long accept declarations for a major or minor in any of these three program areas.

Students who matriculate at Hamline after fall semester 2011 are no longer allowed to declare a major or minor in any of these areas. This includes new transfer students.
