Before scheduling an appointment with a dean regarding a concern with a professor or a course in general, a student will need to have first met with (1) the professor involved, and (2) the Department Chair. |

Before scheduling an appointment with a dean regarding a concern with course scheduling or transfer credits, a student will need to have first met with (1) someone in the Center for Academic Services, and/or (2) someone in Student Administrative Services. |

The student should contact the Administrative Assistant, Laurie Schwaab:

Both deans respond to student academic concerns. To ensure timeliness of a response, the Administrative Assistant will schedule you with the dean who is the most available to speak with you about your concern. |

The student will need to provide the following information:
· his/her name · telephone number · e-mail address · brief summary of the need for the meeting, including the names of all involved parties Be assured that all information is kept confidential. |

The student should contact the Administrative Assistant as soon as possible if he/she will be late or unable to keep the scheduled appointment. |
