Indeed, we are a national leader in participation rates at the National Conference for Undergraduate Research.
The college is home to a range of undergraduate majors covering the physical sciences, the social sciences, the humanities, and fine arts. From Art to Women’s Studies, the college provides a dynamic learning experience that is embedded in learning education and forward looking in terms of teaching and in the development of new disciplines and interdisciplinary perspectives. The student experience is enhanced by a range of short-term and long-term study abroad opportunities that include exchanges with a number of institutions around the world.
The faculty, staff, and students of the college are connected through service as well. From our alliance with the Hancock-Hamline elementary school to our off-campus programs, our volunteer and internship opportunities place students in challenging and stimulating situations.
