Rental Pricing
Cost control is an important part of successful rental experience. This chart is provided to help you estimate your rental costs when using the Anne Simley Theatre.
Theatre Rental
The Anne Simley Theatre costs $600.00 per 4 hour time block. The use of the Theatre includes the use of the Green Room and the dressing rooms.
The following equipment and technical support is included in the basic rental fee:
- Five par cans that will light the front apron of the stage,
- One podium,
- One microphone
- Use of the standard stage drapery
- Use of one projection screen
- 2 quick change screens
- 2 on stage costume racks
- Headset communication system (3 booth headsets and 3 additional on stage sets)
- Three lobby display boards
- Five 6'-0" lobby display tables
- The hourly fee for the Facilities Manager (four hours)
- The hourly fee for a Light Board Operator and a Sound Board Operator. (four hours)
Additional Costs
The theatre space to provide a great deal of additional technical support for a production. The following equipment is available for rental. Lighting Instruments (see Electrics for a list) Connectors, cable and a gel frame is included.

Additional Labor Costs
Rehearsal and performance that exceeds the standard 4 hour rental period will incur additional labor fees. Labor costs are billed at the following hourly rates:

Cost Control Note
Most often supplemental labor costs take the biggest bite out of the production budget. Event sponsors should have a policy for the approval of any extra rehearsal calls or additional work that members of the group may ask the theatre staff to provide. If you want any additional requests for additional rehearsals, early entrance into the theatre for warm-ups, and/or additional technical rehearsals approved by you please let the Facilities Manager or Technical Director know.
