 BBA in Marketing
A marketing degree prepares graduates for occupations within a variety of organizations. Hamline majors will learn the fundamentals of marketing and gain a thorough understanding of consumer behavior and strategic communications.
Degree requirements
BBA core curriculum
The following courses will comprise the core curriculum of the BBA degree. All students who pursue the BBA degree will be required to take these courses. Students are strongly encouraged to additional mathematics courses (like MATH 1161, 1162, or 1170) during their first year of studies.
M&E 1210: Microeconomics Analysis M&E 1220: Macroeconomics Analysis M&E 1650: Financial Accounting New course: Managerial Accounting M&E 3110: Foundations of Management M&E 3120: Foundations of Marketing M&E 3130: Foundations of Finance M&E 3600: Business Law New course: Quantitative Analysis and Data Management M&E 5850: Strategic Management
