The Hamline MBA focuses on the needed forces to transform and prepare students to lead in today's dynamic and constantly changing environment.

To succeed in this dynamic environment, leaders need to understand the interdependence of business systems and processes, gather and analyze complex and often uncertain information, and think critically and reflectively before taking action. To do this effectively, they must be able to integrate functional areas, not slot them into individual categories. This well-developed capability to think and make decisions holistically will be the defining characteristic of the proactive, change-centered leaders who are so in demand but short in supply.

The Hamline MBA develops this capability from the first class meeting. Students are challenged to integrate across disciplines from the start.
