    Outdoor Classroom

The outdoor acoustical gem is a favorite spot on campus.

Set between Giddens Learning Center and Drew Science Center, the classroom is acoustically constructed to project the sounds made within it throughout campus - leading to an unofficial designation as the "Power Circle." This facet makes it the perfect choice for Hamline's popular Africa, Music, and Cultural Production class, which meets regularly in the circle throughout the spring, amplifying their drumbeats to the delight of others across campus.
