  • There will be an upgrade of Ektron. Ektron is the software that runs the campus web site.
    The campus web site should not go down during the upgrade. Web editors will see a small change in display and navigation.
    Marketing is developing updated documentation to be distributed to the web editors.

-  There will be an upgrade of the telephone switch. During this time voice services will be intermittently available.
-  There will be an upgrade to the Oracle system utilized by Banner and Piperline. Banner, Piperline, and Cashnet will not be available during the upgrade period.

Please note that ITS will not perform system maintenance the first week of September to assist offices in the school startup for Fall 2012.
