Consider it the last dress rehearsal for next weekend's MIAC Track and Field meet. A field of 17 schools will convene on Klas Field may 4-5 for the annual Meet Of The Unsaintly. In addition to 10 MIAC schools, participants from the U of Minnesota, Minnesota State Mankato, Minnesota-Duluth, St. Cloud State, Concordia-St. Paul, the Minnesota Running Club and Lakehead will take place in the two-day event. The action starts this afternoon (May 4) at 3:00 p.m. with the Women's and Men's Hammer, Women's and Men's Triple Jump and Pole Vault competitions.
Things pick up in earnest on Saturday, May 5 at 11:00 a.m. The final event, the men 4 x 400 Relay, is scheduled for 4:00 p.m. For a complete schedule of the events this weekend, click here.

Hamline had a pair of sophomore competitors in action May 3 on Day 1 of the MIAC Hepathlon Competition at Carleton. Adrianne Acosta currently sits sixth with 2020 points and Keelie Sorenson stands eighth with 1860 points. Acosta's best finish was fourth in the Shot Put. She was fifth in the 200 Meter Dash, seventh in the High Jump and ninth in the 100 Meter Hurdles. Sorenson came in seventh in the Shot Put and 200 Meter Dash, eighth in the 100 Meter Hurdles and 10th in the High Jump. In the Decathlon, Andrew Ferguson currently stands 15th in the men's competition with 2758 points. The sophomore finished 11th in the 100 Meter Dash and Shot Put and was 12th in the Long Jump, High Jump and 400 Meter Dash.
