The Piper women will be looking to have a hotter shooting hand Tuesday when they face Lakeland (Wis.) in the second round of the Daytona Beach Shootout. Game time is 3:00 p.m. (CST). We have a link to live stats for the game here. 

Hamline is 2-5 overall. Lakeland is 3-4. On Monday, Je'Naya Brown went 3-for-3 from long distance, scoring 12 points and adding five steals but HU still dropped a 53-39 decision to Pacific (Ore.). Jordan Sammons added 11 points and eight rebounds. The Pipers had a season-high 37 boards in the game.

Hamline returns to MIAC action when they host Augsburg at Hutton Arena on Jan. 2.
