Volleyball Blanked By Bethel, 3-0

The Pipers found out what other MIAC teams are also discovering -- Bethel is very good. HU dropped a 3-0 decision to the Royals, who are tied for first in the conference, Saturday. The scores were 13-25, 18-25, 18-25. Lynsey Reimer (Fy., Peosta, Iowa) took over the team lead in digs per game (3.63) with 19. Sammie Miller (Fy., Grand Island) added 20 assists. Sam Greeney-Hamlin (So., Saint Cloud, Minn.) led the balanced attack with six kills.

After playing nine matches in the past 11 days, the Pipers will finally get to catch their breath a bit. They only have one match scheduled (Oct. 12 at Gustvaus) in the next 11 days.

Hamline, one of the youngest teams in the country, is now 6-15 overall, 0-6 in the MIAC.
