Dong Publishes Three Articles

The Emma K. and Carl R. N. Malmstrom endowed chair in physics Lifeng Dong has co-authored three scientific articles: Graphene Oxide Modified Polyamide Reverse Osmosis Membranes with Enhanced Chlorine Resistance, published in the Journal of Membrane Science (Impact Factor: 5.557); Discrete Talbot Effect in Dielectric Graphene Plasmonic Waveguide Arrays, published in the journal Carbon (Impact Factor: 6.198), and Efficient Carbon-supported Ag-MFe2O4 (M = Co, Mn) Core-shell Catalysts for Oxygen Reduction Reactions in Alkaline Media, published in the International Journal of Hydrogen Energy (Impact Factor: 3.205). 

Professor Dong currently works with his collaborators and undergraduate students to design, synthesize/fabricate, and characterize nanoscale materials and devices (including solar cells, fuel cells, super-capacitors, and lithium batteries) for energy conversion and storage as well as water purification and desalination.
