Bonilla Presents at Conference on Diversity and First-Generation Students

Jim Bonilla, associate professor of Conflict Studies, presented two sessions at the 14th Annual National White Privilege Conference in Seattle, WA on April 12 - 13, 2013. His first session was entitled, Race, Class, and the Environment: Making Green Organizations Multicultural, and his second session explored the experience of first generation college students and faculty and was entitled, The Culture Shock of Higher Education: Toward Meritocracy or Internalized Oppression?
