Hamline's women's hockey team looks for its first conference wins of the season when they meet St. Olaf in a home and home series. The teams face off at the Northfield City Arena on Friday, November 16 at 7:30 p.m. They play their first "home" game of the season at Warner Coliseum on Saturday, November 17 at 8:00 p.m.
Both teams stand 0-2 in the MIAC after losing close series last weekend. Hamline (1-4-1 overall) surrendered a power play goal in a 2-1 loss OT loss to St. Mary's at Ridder Arena on November 9. The next afternoon, a rally fell short in a 4-3 loss in Winona. Last Tuesday, Haley Johnson had two goals and an assist as the Pipers jumped to a 4-2 lead only to see homestanding St. Scholastica rally for two last-minute goals and a 4-4 tie.
The Oles (2-3-1 overall) dropped a pair of 3-2 games at home last weekend to Concordia.
