The Center for Global Environmental Education (CGEE), along with the Will Steger Foundation (WSF), the National Park Service, and other partners, were recently honored with a 2012 Environmental Initiative Award. 

Working in collaboration with the Will Steger Foundation education team, CGEE developed the learning module entitled Minnesota's Changing Climate. Nested in the online classroom, the learning module features interactive information about Minnesota’s biomes and the impacts of climate change, including videos of Minnesota scientists. It also provides the opportunity for students to share their observations of the natural world in their biome.
