Hamline Law Professor Joseph Daly spoke to KARE 11, KSTP, and the Star Tribune about the developments in the Amy Senser case.
On KARE 11, Daly explained his take on a note the jury handed the judge before announcing their verdict. "I would reverse it if I was an appellate judge based on this note," Daly said. "I can completely understand it. It is painful to judge a fellow human being when you know that some very serious consequences are going to come to that person based on your judgment." Daly believes the note will be the main point of the appeal.
Daly appeared in an interview with KSTP and was quoted in the Star Tribune on the matter as well.
